Man Facing Real Charges for Smoking Synthetic Marijuana, According to Report
Suspect tells police he was smoking the drug with another man behind a building.

A 20-year-old Waterford man is facing charges after he got caught smoking K-2 behind a building in Muskego, according to police.
Justin M. Norden was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Monday with one count of possession of synthetic cannabinoid. If convicted, he faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines.

At 4:22 p.m. Aug. 18, police were tipped off that two men were smoking synthetic marijuana near a building located at Janesville Road and Racine Avenue. When they arrived, they found Norden in the parking lot.
Norden admitted to smoking the K-2 synthetic marijuana with another man behind a building using an empty soda can. After smoking the drug, he told police the other man ran off.

Norden will make his initial appearance in court Aug. 8.
