An 18-year-old Waterford man is facing drug charges after he was allegedly caught selling marijuana in a bathroom at Muskego High School while he was a student there.
Brandon J. Yaeger was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, he faces up to seven months in prison and $1,500 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint, on October 11, 2010, a school staff member walked into the bathroom and noticed Yaeger and two other male students in what appeared to be a drug deal.
