Suspect breaks into a woman's home to take his tools instead of scheduling an appointment to pick them up.

A 50-year-old Milwaukee man is facing felony charges after he broke into a Muskego woman’s home so he could take his tools instead of scheduling an appointment to get them from her.
Robert N. Waltho was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of burglary. If convicted, he faces up to 12 ½ years in prison and $25,000 in fines.

On Nov. 10, Muskego police were called to a residence in the W12700 block of Woods Road after a woman living there reported a large tool chest owned by Waltho was missing from the garage of the residence along with two license plates and a floor jack. She suspected Waltho in the burglary because he was supposed to make an appointment to get the chest after he was unable to move in with her because of a crack cocaine addiction he has.
A neighbor said he spotted Waltho taking the tools out of the garage earlier in the day.
