Muskego police were called to Walmart Thursday evening after Klejsmit was walking around the store for an hour and appeared to be intoxicated. The manager of the store asked him his name, but Klejsmit would only say his name was “guy” and refused to provide more information.
He was then asked to leave the store, so Klejsmit then stood outside smoking cigarettes. The assistant manager then asked him to leave, but Klejsmit went back into the store, entered the men’s bathroom and sat inside a toilet stall until police arrived.

Klejsmit told police he was bailed out of jail earlier in the day and was dropped off at the store and had nowhere to go.
He denied drinking even though police needed to guide him out of the store due to his lack of balance. He then told them he had smoked marijuana earlier in the day and police found eight syringes in his right pocket.
He’s currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $500 cash bail.
