Among the items on the agenda for the regular board will be a discussion of a resolution that will assign 11 residents from New Berlin to polling places in Muskego for the November 8 special election referendum. The residents are considered part of the district as part of early lines drawn about 50 years ago involving Muskego-Norway's northern boundary. The resolution will recommend to assign those voters to in Muskego, which is the site for the city's third aldermanic district.
The board is hoping to save $1,000 by consolidating those voters to a polling place within Muskego.
