Muskego Common Council Approves Water Rate Increase
Rates will be on 2012 bills, and reflect an effort for a simplified rate increase for at least the past year.
The Common Council approved an increase to the water rates for residences in the city. The new rates will be in effect Oct. 1, 2011 and will be reflected on the first billing of 2012.
The increase was requested because of a significant reduction within the Water Utility Operations and Maintenance Fund.
