Suspect gives a fake name, then gets upset after a sheriff's deputy tells him his car will get towed.

A 26-year-old Muskego man is facing charges after he allegedly got upset with a Waukesha County sheriff’s deputy who was going to tow his car after a traffic stop where he also gave a fake name.
Itay Rahamim was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of obstructing an officer and one count of resisting an officer. If convicted, he faces up to 18 months in prison and $20,000 in fines.

At 10:50 a.m. June 15, Rahamim was pulled over by a Waukesha County sheriff’s deputy on southbound I-43 at Guthrie Road after he was spotted doing 73 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour speed zone. During the stop, Rahamim identified himself as Ron Ethtron and gave a fake birth date, saying he didn’t have his license on him.
The deputy was unable to find the name, so he had Rahamim write it down on a piece of paper and the deputy was unable to find it once again. Rahamim then told the deputy he’s an Israeli citizen who just arrived in the U.S. the prior week and didn’t have his ID or passport on him.

The deputy then informed Rahamim he was being placed under arrest and he then asked what would happen to his car. The deputy said it would be towed, which made Rahamim upset and he began to pull away from the deputy.
The deputy told him to stop or he would be stunned with a Taser. Rahamim continued to resist, so the deputy pulled out his Taser and held it against Rahamim who then complied.
Rahamim then admitted to having an ID in the car and the deputy found his U.S. employment card inside.
He will make his initial appearance in court July 23.
