On Sept. 28, a driver called police after Klejsmit was driving erratically near McShane Drive and Durham Drive and then pulled off on Independence Drive. A Muskego police officer later spotted his van parked next to a residence on the road and Klejsmit was laying back in the driver’s seat with his eyes closed.
The officer startled Klejsmit awake who was difficult to understand, but said he just came home to sleep. First he told the officer his girlfriend had driven the van, but later admitted he did.
