Muskego Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct After Argument with Wife that Escalated Into Thrown Food, and A Gun Drawn
Argument over a friend's infidelity in front of couple's 5-year old daughter resulted in wife pulling a loaded gun

On June 23, a husband and wife involved in an argument about her friend having an affair led to the man, Jason Fry of Muskego, throwing a plate of spaghetti and then a full can of beer at his wife Stacy, both objects striking her in the head.
According to the criminal complaint, the domestic dispute escalated over a period of an hour or two, with the couple eventually arguing down their hallway and into their bedroom. The couple's five year old daughter witnessed the struggle, and at one point the woman drew a loaded gun at her husband.
The weapon was taken from Mrs. Fry and unloaded by the time police arrived on the scene. A 911 call was placed to by the wife.

Jason Fry faces up to $1,000 in fines and 90 days in jail for the charge of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. He will face Judge Mark Gundrum at a preliminary hearing on October 4.
