On Dec. 10, 2010,  a town of Mukwonago police officer spotted Wiza driving eastbound on Highway LO and doing 52 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour speed zone. As the officer approached Wiza’s vehicle he could smell burnt marijuana and noticed a gun case sitting on the passenger seat.

Wiza told the officer he had been hunting all day and had smoked marijuana before driving at a friend’s house. He initially denied having the drug in his vehicle, but eventually admitted to having marijuana in the center console.
