Muskego Man Charged with Stealing His Mother's Car, Driving it Across Her Lawn
Suspect, 22, allegedly took the car and then parked it in Denoon Park with the keys in the ignition.

A 22-year-old Muskego man is facing charges after he allegedly stole his mother’s car and drove it across her property.
Ryan R. Semrow was charged in Waukesha County circuit Court Tuesday with one count of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint, at 4:33 p.m. Sunday, the victim noticed her 2005 Saab was missing from her residence in the W17700 block of Forest Drive and it appeared that someone had driven it across her lawn and garden. She also found a two feet long piece of plastic, which she believed to have broken off of the front bumper of the vehicle.

The complaint states the victim suspected her son had stolen the vehicle and is staying in a tent in a Waukesha County park because he’s no longer welcome at her residence. She was able to make cell phone contact with Semrow, who told her the car was parked at Denoon Park with the keys in the ignition.
