Muskego Police Identify Men Suspected in Business Thefts
Two men were charged with criminal trespass when they entered a Muskego dance studio after hours, claiming they were looking for lessons.
On Thursday, September 15, received a report of two men who had entered Starz Dance Studio in the W18400 block of Saturn Dr. after the studio was closed. Cleaning staff confronted the men from Milwaukee, in their mid to late 40s, who stated they were interested in dance lessons.
They were told the business was closed and they left, but over the next 20 minutes they were seen driving past the business several times, leading the cleaning staff to call police.
the same day after officers made contact with them and identified them as George Cain and George Spears. They were driving a silver Dodge Intrepid.

Upon investigating this case, police found that these two men have been suspects in numerous thefts to businesses in the last several years. As part of the investigation, information was forwarded to law enforcement agencies throughout the area.
"It was found that these men were suspects in similar incidents in Muskego dating back to 2009, and that law enforcement agencies as far away as Washington County have had contact with them. Several local businesses also reported that they were in their businesses on the 15th," said Lt. Dave Constantineau. "Their M.O. is to go into a business that appears to be closed or not staffed and go into office areas looking for valuables to steal. If confronted, they claim to be looking for work, or for the service the business provides."

They were charged with Criminal Trespass and released, however police are asking for residents to keep an eye out for the two men.
"Should you see these men in your business, or in a place where you are doing business, call the police department immediately. It is guaranteed that they have no legitimate purpose for being there."
