Muskego Police On Scene of Tactical Situation

Muskego Police are confirming that there is an active tactical situation in a residence in the city, but did not want to release any further details as to the location.

"Even if we tell people to stay out of an area, human nature says it will bring people out to the area," said Captain Craig Moser with the department.

An alert from Wisconsin Alerts stated that  a "caller reported that her husband threatened her with a gun and stated that if police showed up 'he wasn't coming out alive.'"

The subject is known to possess several weapons, and Muskego Police SWAT teams are setting up a command post with Waukesha Co Sheriff's department, with rescue units on stand by.
