Muskego Police Seek Man For Verbally Abusing Muslim Woman

A resident out for a walk on September 11 in the area of Scott Kraus Dr. and Champions Dr. was verbally berated by a man, apparently because she was a Muslim.

The suspect, who was also out walking, approached the woman, and  began making comments about the September 11 terror attacks. 

The female victim, who is Muslim and was wearing a traditional head scarf, described the man as a white male in his 50’s, with gray hair, wearing a blue shirt and shorts and walking a small dog.  He then began using profane and derogatory language about the victim and Islam as he followed her as she tried to leave the area. 

Police said if the man is located, he could face charges of disorderly conduct.  If you have any information that will help police, please contact them at 262-679-4130.
