On Feb. 7, 2011, a Cudahy police officer on patrol saw Damico speeding northbound on South Packard Avenue, then running a four-way stop at East Ramsey Avenue. The officer pulled her over in the 6000 block of Packard, where he smelled alcohol on Damico’s breath.
