Suspect in police standoff waives time limit requirements for hearing Friday.

A preliminary hearing for Bryan Schulz has been set for July 14 by Waukesha County Court Commissioner Thomas Pieper Friday.
Schulz waived time limits Friday on having a preliminary hearing on accusations he held a two hour standoff with Muskego Police Department officials Sunday after getting in an argument with his wife.
According to the criminal complaint, Schulz began arguing with his wife after his stepson shot a collector beer can with a BB gun and demanded the stepson pay $450 for the damage. He then began to wave a handgun in his wife’s face and grabbed more guns.
