FYI: The Warriors surrendered only four goals in their three matches in the Al Gusho tourney, losing 2-0 to Arrowhead, 1-0 to Madison Memorial and playing Kenosha Bradford to a 1-1 tie (although the Warriors ended up winning in a shootout). … Aleksi Prpa scored the lone goal vs. Bradford. … In the victory over Park, Muskego scored nine goals in the first half. Andrija Novakovich found the back of the net three times in the first six minutes and finished with four goals. … Jimmy Grunert, Ryan Johnson-Evers, Steve Kerns, Brody Kraussel, John Lindhorst and Jared Pradarelli also scored for the Warriors. … Grunert, Johnson-Evers, Kraussel and Lindhorst were all credited with assists.
Up next: The Warriors get to take it easy with only one game this week – Thursday, Sept. 8 at defending SEC champion Kenosha Tremper. The Warriors lost to Tremper 3-0 last season for their only conference defeat.
