On Sept. 4 a Muskego police officer was on patrol at Walmart when he spotted Karides standing outside a parked car while Warmuth was in the driver’s seat and looking down. The officer thought Warmuth may need medical attention, so he went by the car.
Warmuth told the officer he was sending a text message while waiting for Locicero to come out of the store, but the officer noticed the two appeared under the influence of drugs. The officer then searched the men and found marijuana and a pipe on Karides and syringes and heroin cookers inside the car.

Karides then told police they had just shot up heroin they purchased in Milwaukee and were placed under arrest.
Police contacted Locicero as he walked out of Walmart and noticed he didn’t appear under the influence of drugs and denied knowing drug use was happening in the car, saying it must have happened while he was in the store. Officers then searched Locicero and found four Alprazolam pills in his wallet.
All three men will make their initial appearance in court July 2.
