US Marshals Step Up Search for Fugitive Involved in Muskego Assault
Samuel J. French is still eluding capture, but warrant may allow law enforcement more clues.
US Marshals are continuing their search for Samuel J. French, a 19-year-old man who was charged with second-degree sexual assault, and strangulation and suffocation stemming from an incident in Muskego back in June.
Authorities filed a search warrant Monday in Waukesha County Circuit Court seeking the IP addresses for two Facebook accounts that they believe are being operated by French under the names Brotha Jacob and Sam French.
Law enforcement is still looking for French, according to the search warrant, and officials are seeking the information as they look to apprehend French.

French had previously been on probation for disorderly conduct, theft and possession of THC, when he had called his ex-fiance and asked her for a ride to see his parole officer. Along the way, he forced her to drive to Engel Conservation Area in Muskego, where he strangled her until she became unconscious. When she awoke, she reported that he was in the act of assaulting her.
French was charged on June 24th in with the crimes, but is currently a fugitive, and Marshals are asking for any leads that could result in his capture.
