According to the Department of Administration’s Annual Fiscal Report, Wisconsin’s closing general fund balance for fiscal year 2012-2013 was $759.2 million, exceeding the estimated balance by $89.6 million.
The Legislative Fiscal Bureau estimates that the opening general fund net balance for June 30, 2014 will be $440,417,500.
