City Of New Berlin: Cooling Station Open Fri. & Sat. Location Changed To Library

Due to the inclement weather earlier this week and number of We Energies customers still remaining without power, the Library will be open today (August 13th) and tomorrow (August 14th) from 10AM – 4PM for the public to utilize as a Charging and Cooling Station. The New Berlin Public Library (Heritage Room) located at 15105 Library Ln., New Berlin, WI. 53151 will be open to residents from 10:00AM – 4:00PM both days.

Note that this is for residents without power only to stay cool thru the extreme heat and charge devices to ensure you may keep contact with your family and are able to contact emergency services if needed. Residents must sign in at the circulation desk and must bring their own charging cords. Water is also available at the facility.
