City Of New Berlin: PRESS RELEASE - Temporary Charging/Cooling Station

August 11, 2021

Due to the last night’s inclement weather the City has over 6,000 We Energies customers without power. To ensure the safety of those residents, the Community Center located at 14750 W Cleveland Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151 is open from 10:30AM until 4:30PM.

Note that this is for residents without power only to stay cool thru the extreme heat and charge devices to ensure you may keep contact with your family and are able to contact emergency services if needed. You must bring your own charging cords. Water is also available at the facility.
