OAK CREEK, WI -- Oak Creek's second-annual Winterfest at Drexel Town Square was held on Saturday, Feb. 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and featured a number of artists who cast their vision onto blocks of ice to create creative - and cool - ice carvings.
