19-Year-Old Arrested After Woman Shot With BB Gun: Report

Police said the man fired BBs at the garage and one at a woman, which struck her from the back.

OAK CREEK, WI — A 19-year-old Oak Creek man has been arrested and may face charges after police say he shot a woman with a BB gun following a family dispute.

According to Oak Creek police call logs, officers responded to a home on the 1100 block of W. Oakwood Road at just after 8 p.m. on Aug. 30. Two 911 callers reported that the 19-year-old had become upset over a family situation.

Police call logs stated that the man went outside and started waving around a BB gun in the front driveway. Police said the man fired BBs at the garage and one at a woman, which struck her from the back. Police also said they learned the man also threatened to shoot another family member outside during the dispute.
