2 Crashes 20 Minutes Apart In Oak Creek Send 7 To Hospital: Cops
Police say that three children were involved in the accidents.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Two accidents in Oak Creek on Nov. 3 resulted in serious injuries to seven people within a span of about 20 minutes, according to police records.
At just after 4 p.m. on Nov. 3, police in Oak Creek responded to the intersection of S. 13th Street and W. Rawson Ave. on a report of a two-vehicle accident between a car and a motorcycle.
According to police reports, a vehicle driven by a 27-year-old Milwaukee woman with a suspended driver's license was headed east on W. Rawson Ave. when she tried to turn left onto S. 13th Street. At that point, police said she collided with a motorcycle that was driving west.

Police said the driver of the motorcycle, a 39-year-old Franklin man, was in critical condition as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
Police in Oak Creek responded a little more than 20 minutes later to the area of the 3200 block of E. Highway 100 at 4:23 p.m. on Nov. 3 on a report of a possibly intoxicated driver heading west on Highway 100.

According to police reports, as authorities were taking the call, the suspected driver slammed into another vehicle that was trying to turn left onto S. 15th Ave.
Police say that the driver and a 9-year-old passenger were transported to the hospital with serious injuries as a result of the crash. Police said that a family of four from Kewaunee were all transported to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee with injuries, including a 15-year-old girl and 7-year-old boy.
Police said that was cited for failing to maintain control of his vehicle. Police said the driver of the striking vehicle may have suffered a medical emergency prior to the crash.
