2016 Oak Creek Landscaping Award Nominations are Now Open

OAK CREEK -- Nominations for the 2016 Oak Creek Landscaping Awards are now being accepted.

Previously known as the Mayor’s Landscaping Award, this award is in its 5th year and has been a fun summer event for residents and businesses.

This award is now part of the Landscape and Beautification Committee and gives residents the opportunity to nominate neighbors and local businesses who do their part in making the City of Oak Creek beautiful.

Contest organizers are looking for homes and places of business that improve the look of Oak Creek through plantings and unique landscaping. Nomination forms can be submitted from now until July 31, 2016.

You may nominate someone using the online form below, or you may print out a form and return it in person to the at City Hall service desk -- or mail it to the Oak Creek Landscape and Beautification Committee, 8040 S. 6th Street, Oak Creek, WI 53154.

Photos of the landscaping are also appreciated, and can be emailed (with or without the completed application) to contest@oakcreekwi.org.
