66-Condominium Development Proposed Near Abendschien Park
The Oak Creek Plan Commission recommended Common Council approval of a condo project proposed near Drexel and Howell on Tuesday.

OAK CREEK, WI — A new 66 side-by-side condominium project has been proposed in Oak Creek for land near 641 East Drexel Avenue.
Janssen Bruckner LLC submitted a certified survey map and request to rezone to and establish a planned unit development. The Oak Creek Plan Commission reviewed the submissions Tuesday and recommended them for Common Council approval.
The development, dubbed Stonebrook on the Park in a narrative submitted by Ryan Janssen and Nicole Bruckner, would have condos ranging in size between 1500-1700 square feet. Each unit would have a two-car garage and the buildings would all have a similar craftsman architectural style, the project narrative says.

Market research by the developer shows no product like it is already available in Oak Creek, the project narrative says, and the units would be expected to be in high demand, especially considering their proximity to Drexel Town Square and Abendschien Park.
Submitted site plans show the condos would be placed in a corridor between the Oak Leaf Trail and Abendschien Park, just south of Drexel Avenue.
