Community Update

We had a flood in my last basement apartment that destroyed our downstairs flooring. We had to tear out the entire thing and replace carpet (we ended up just sticking with stained concrete for quite a while and liked it) and the tile in the bathroom. If you live in an area that tends to flood, I'd be careful that you have all the preventative measures in place you can. It's no fun.
