Additional 3-D System To Be Installed at South Shore Cinema

is one of 37 Marcus-owned movie theaters getting another 3-D system this month.

The 3-D system at South Shore will installed in time for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, which opens May 20. The summer movie schedule includes 14 3-D movies, according to a Marcus Theatres news release. 

RealD will provide the equipment and glasses for the new system. 3-D first came to South Shore in 2009.
