Another Construction Site Theft Reported In Oak Creek

According to the contractor, the tools were stored in a locked room on the construction site.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Another construction site theft has been reported in Oak Creek.

According to reports, an Oak Creek police officer was flagged down by an electrical contractor just after 6 p.m. on Feb. 2 on a report of another theft at the Waters of Oak Creek construction site.

Reports stated that sometime between 6 p.m. on Feb. 1 and 7 a.m. on Feb. 2, a theft of about $1,000 in hand tools took place.

According to the contractor, the tools were stored in a locked room on the construction site, and that the building's doors were locked at the time of the theft.

According to police reports, surveillance cameras have been set up on-site, and the locks were changed on Feb. 2.
