Argument Over Drugs Leads To Hotel Arrest

According to reports, the woman was also scheduled to appear in court on another case for receiving stolen property.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek were called to the Red Roof Inn just before 6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, after an anonymous caller reported that they heard people in a neighboring room arguing about drugs.

Police responded to the hotel and made contact with the room's occupant, who told police that she kicked someone out of her room just before police arrived.

While speaking with the woman, officers asked to search the room. After searching the room, officers saw a crack rock in plain view and the broken end of a crack pipe. Officers also found more crack cocaine in a gum wrapper inside of a small cereal box.

An Altoids container on the desk contained marijuana and a package of cigarettes on the desk contained a syringe and a chunk of brown material that later tested positive for heroin, according to police reports.

The woman was taken into custody and a metal crack pipe was located in her left sweatshirt pocket, according to reports.
