Aurora Announces Plans for $17 Million Health Care Facility in Oak Creek

OAK CREEK -- When it comes to development, Oak Creek is just not stopping.

A new report from the Milwaukee Business Journal Friday indicates that Aurora Health Care is planning to build a $17 million, 30,000-square-foot health center at Ryan Road and Howell Avenue in Oak Creek.

The urgent care clinic would be built at 200-228 E. Ryan Road and 9444-9454 S. Howell Ave. The site is located on the northeast corner of Howell and Ryan and houses smaller structures.

According to the Biz Times, the clinic would replace the Aurora Lakeshore Medical Clinic at 331 E. Puetz Road in Oak Creek, which has been open since 1995, and will be 20,000 square feet larger than the existing 10,000-square-foot clinic.
