Breakup Led To Boyfriend's Car Being Damaged Twice: Report

According to police reports, a man reported that his tires were slashed in the MATC parking lot.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Police in Oak Creek say that a woman was cited for criminal damage to property after she damaged her ex-boyfriend's car twice following a breakup.

According to police reports, a high school student said that sometime between 12:45 p.m and 3:45 p.m. his vehicle was parked in the MATC parking lot on 6600 block of S. Howell Ave. when his two passenger tires were slashed. The estimated damage to his car was about $400 according to reports.

Police reports indicated that the apparent victim had just broken up with his girlfriend, and that she damaged his vehicle the previous day in Greendale - which he reported to local authorities.

According to reports, later that day, police in Oak Creek received information from police in Greendale that the boy's ex-girlfriend admitted to slashing his tires in Oak Creek on Sep. 18. She was reportedly cited for criminal damage to property.
