Car Break-Ins Reported At Oak Creek Gymnastics Center

When police arrived, officers saw that the vehicles were broken into by smashing a window on the driver's side of each vehicle.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Police in Oak Creek say they're looking for the person responsible for breaking into several cars at the Midwest Twisters Gymnastics Center on the night of Feb 13.

According to Oak Creek police reports, an employee of the business called police just before 7 p.m. on Feb. 13, saying that three vehicles had been broken into.

When police arrived, officers saw that the vehicles were broken into by smashing a window on the driver's side of each vehicle. Police reported that purses were stolen from each of the three vehicles.

During their investigation, police said that surveillance footage showed that the driver of a dark-colored Chevy Tahoe pulling up to their first target that night.

According to police, a passenger then got out of the Tahoe and smashed the window of the first vehicle.

Surveillance footage showed the suspect returning to the vehicle, only to have the vehicle pull up to its next target when the process was completed again.
