Car Stolen Out Of Oak Creek Garage
Oak Creek police responded to the 7900 block of S. Wayland Drive just before 11 p.m. on Aug. 8 on a report of a stolen car.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the 7900 block of S. Wayland Drive just before 11 p.m. on Aug. 8 on a report of a stolen car.
According to police reports, a resident told police that her vehicle was stolen, and that her husband noticed it was missing when he went to pick up their children from the State Fair, only to find the keypad to the garage on the floor - and no car.

Another Oak Creek Stolen Vehicle Turns Up In Milwaukee
According to the report, the residents believed they forgot to close the garage door. They told police the vehicle was taken with the key fob and both plates were on the vehicle.
The vehicle was estimated to be $25,000 in value. There was also a credit card in the car, and it was reportedly used at the AA Mart, 1401 W. Mitchell St., later that evening.
