Corner of Howell And Ryan To Get Another Gas Station
Recent action by the Oak Creek plan commission indicates the corner may be getting new life.

OAK CREEK, WI — The southeast corner of Ryan Rd. and Howell Ave. has been the home of a dormant gas station in recent memory, but recent action by the Oak Creek plan commission indicates the corner may be getting new life.
During a Sep. 6 meeting of the plan commission, officials reviewed and later granted a conditional use permit to Jaspal Singh Dhaliwall of Mequon-based JT Petroleum for a gasoline service station with a convenience store on the existing site.
The property, a 1.13-acre parcel, was recorded as most recently sold on May 30, 2017 for $367,500 from Delaware-based VFC 14 Oak Creek Properties, LLC to Dhaliwall.
