Couple Arrested In Woodman's Bathroom: Report

According to police reports, an employee called authorities after a couple was found in the family bathroom for more than 40 minutes.

OAK CREEK, WI -- A Milwaukee man and West Allis woman were arrested after a Woodman's grocery store employee was concerned that they were doing drugs in the store's bathroom, police say.

Police responded to the Woodman's grocery store at just before 5 p.m. on Jan. 5 after a store employee called police over a man and woman who were in the family bathroom for more than 40 minutes.

According to police reports, police responded to the store, and managed to get the two people, a 30-year-old Milwaukee man and a 28-year-old West Allis woman, to come out of the bathroom. Reports stated that the two appeared to be under the influence of illegal narcotics.

Reports stated that an officer found a needle cap in the toilet, and heroin inside a cigarette box belonging to the woman. According to reports, the man was arrested for having a previous warrant out for their arrest. The woman was cited for loitering.
