Cudahy COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Planned Friday For Ages 5 And Up
A vaccine clinic open to everyone aged five and older is slated to be held in Cudahy on Friday, Nov. 19.

CUDAHY, WI — A COVID-19 vaccine clinic for anyone aged five or older is scheduled to take place Friday 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at General Mitchell School, 5950 South Illinois Avenue in Cudahy.
The Oak Creek Health Department posted on Facebook about the upcoming clinic. A first dose shot for anyone aged 5-18 will be available. For those older than 18 who are seeking a booster shot, doses of the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be available.

Parking for the clinic is located at the corner of Illinois and Ramsey Avenues. Enter through the glass breezeway, turn right into the building and follow signs for check-in, according to the registration page.
People who receive their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at this clinic should return on Dec. 11 for a second dose, according to the registration page. All children will need to have a parent or guardian present for the shot and a consent form will be required.
