Drexel Town Square to get Umbrella Bar
The bar may be topped by a large "umbrella" for a roof, and have walls that can open during the warm months and close in winter.
OAK CREEK -- Drexel Town Square in Oak Creek is getting a new summertime addition - an umbrella bar.
According to a report from the Milwaukee Business Journal, Mike Zimmerman is looking to open an Umbrella Bar in the central plaza of Drexel Town Square in Oak Creek by next summer.
The Business Journal is reporting that Drexel Town Square's umbrella bar would resemble on he operates in Franklin. That circular bar is topped by a large “umbrella” for a roof, and has walls that can open during the warm months and close in winter. It has become a gathering spot in Franklin where Zimmerman Ventures has started to bring in food trucks for some events.
