Drug and Weapons Charges for Passed Out Driver

Oak Creek police arrested a convicted felon after a report of a man passed in his own vehicle just before 4 p.m. on Oct. 30.
According to the report, officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle and located 30 5mg pills of zolpidem tartrate, 3 packages containing suboxone and two firearms located in a safe inside the vehicle. The driver was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Police Bust Meth User at Red Roof Inn

A caller reported to Oak Creek police on Oct. 30 that an unknown person in a nearby room at the Red Roof Inn stated he was doing meth. Oak Creek police were dispatched to the hotel at 6360 S. 13th St. where they made contact with the suspect.
According to the report, the suspect admitted to shooting up with methamphetamine. Police located several syringes and a glass pipe. While the suspect was in custody, he indicated a friend was coming over. That friend eventually arrived, and several syringes and 3.3 grams of methamphetamine were recovered from his person.
