Drunk Driver Arrested In Oak Creek With Children In Car: Report

Reports stated that the man admitted to drinking two beers. Police noted that there were 12 and 7-year-old passengers in the vehicle.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the 7100 block of S. 13th Street just after 6 p.m. on June 30 on a report of a drunk driver.

According to police reports, an officer stopped the driver of a vehicle for an apparent speeding violation only to find that the man failed standard field sobriety tests. A preliminary breath test returned a blood alcohol concentration of .11, which is greater than the legal limit for drunk driving in Wisconsin.
