Drunk Driver Asleep Behind Wheel on Rawson
The woman reportedly attempted to put the vehicle in park, only to have the vehicle go into reverse several times.

OAK CREEK, WI — An Oak Creek police officer took the driver of a vehicle into custody after they were discovered asleep at the wheel near the intersection of E. Rawson Ave. and S. Howell Ave. just before 2 a.m. last week Sunday.
According to police reports, the driver was discovered asleep in the eastbound turn lane on W. Rawson to go northbound on Howell.
The police officer on-scene reported knocking several times to wake the driver up.

The woman reportedly attempted to put the vehicle in park, only to have the vehicle go into reverse several times.
When police eventually made contact with the driver, she reportedly admitted to having six drinks before driving. The driver failed standard field sobriety tests and returned an intoximeter result of 0.19, according to polie reports.
