Escaped Inmate Captured In Cudahy: Report
Slock had run from the jail dock area yesterday at 4:50 a.m. while on a work duty assignment.

MILWAUKEE, WI -- The inmate who escaped the Milwaukee County Jail has been captured in Cudahy, authorities are reporting Thursday morning.
Sheriff’s detectives and U.S. Marshals apprehended escaped inmate Douglas Slock II this morning at 9:15 a.m. from a residence in Cudahy. Slock had run from the jail dock area yesterday at 4:50 a.m. while on a work duty assignment. Slock now faces the potential of an additional felony charge of escape, which carries a penalty of up to six years in prison.
Slock , 45, of Greendale, was taken into custody on September 30 on multiple charges, including his fifth drunk driving offense, and prior burglary and bail jumping charges.

Officials in Milwaukee County initially reported that Slock escaped the Milwaukee County Jail on Wednesday morning at about 4:50 a.m. He was assigned to work duty, and ran from the dock area where he and a correctional officer were taking out trash. The correctional officer who was guarding him has been suspended, officials said Wednesday morning.
The U.S. Marshals Task Force and MCSO detectives conducted an aggressive search for Slock, according to reports. The MacArthur Square parking structure was closed during the initial search, reopening just after 7:00 a.m. Wednesday
