Immunization Clinic - Oak Creek Health Department

The City of Oak Creek Health Department offers an Immunization Clinic on the first Wednesday and the third Thursday of each month.  Some of the current vaccines being offered are: DTaP, Hepatitis A, MMR, Rotavirus, IPV, HPV and seasonal influenza.  Please see the city website, under "Departments - Health" for a complete list, including appropriate ages for immunization recipients.
