Preservation Hall Jazz Celebrates It's 50th Anniversary at South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center Sept 25
Celebrate 50 years of traditional New Oleans jazz with none other than the Preservation Hall Jazz Band. The Preservation Hall Jazz Bank gave a start to great stars such as Jelly Roll Morton, Louis Armstrong and clarinetist George Lewis, to name a few. Now the Band comes to South Milwaukee, just in time for its 50th anniversary.
The Band is scheduled to play at South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center on Sunday, September 25 starting at 7:30. Premium, mid-level and obstructed view tickets are available. Premium tickets run $35 for adults, $28 for seniors 60 and over, $18 for students and $9 if you qualify for free/reduced prices. Mid-level seats are $30 for adults, $24 for seniors, $15 for students, $8 free/reduced. Obstructed view seats are $25 for adults, $20 seniors, $13 students, $7 free/reduced.
