Runners ages 14 to 60+, test your mettle at the 2nd annual South Milwaukee Lions Club Roaring Challenge. The event takes place at the South Milwaukee Lionsfest Grounds at 16th and Rawson Avenues. You’ll be able to choose between a 5K run, a 5K challenge or a 2 mile walk. Awards will be given to the male and female runners who place 1st, well as to team winners. Teams must have at least 5 people.
The event will be officially timed and you'll be able to see your results by going to the The Wisconsin Runner website.
Challenge 5Kers, be forewarned! Your course may include tire obstacle, climbing wall, over-under barricades, or other handicaps!

Then, stay for the Heritage Parade, which begins at 11 am. Everyone will receive a complimentary beverage at the Festival and those who are pre-registered will receive a free t-shirt.
