Spring Clean-up - Deadline for Guaranteed Pick-up

The Oak Creek Street Department will begin its annual Spring Clean-up beginning May 16, 2011.  Residents are required to have items they wish to dispose of at the curb or roadside by 6:45 a.m. on the 16th to be guaranteed a pick-up.  Items that will be picked up include: furniture, wood, mattresses, appliances, carpeting and metal.  Items that will not be picked up include: paint, tires, batteries, yard waste (grass clippings, branches and leaves), hazardous materials and fluorescent tubes.
