Take Pounds Off Sensibly (TOPS) weight loss meetings

Take Off Pounds Sensibly Chapter 313 is a nonprofit weight loss support group that meets each Wednesday night at the Oak Creek Public Library.  We have weekly weigh-ins (25 cents) and monthly dues ($2) and an annual fee ($26).  There are contests and challenges as well as weekly informative programs. The first meeting is free, so come check out this group if you are interested in losing weight and keeping it off.  Weigh-ins start at least an hour before the 7 p.m. meeting time.
