With 8 out of 13 precincts reporting, three candidates are separating themselves from the pack, while the remaining candidates stay in a dogfight to make it to the general election.
The Feb. 20 primary determines which 6 of these 8 candidates will advance to the spring election on April 3. Three seats are up for election. Incumbent Kathleen Borchardt is not seeking re-election.
