Four Arrested In Tri City Bank Incident: Report

According to reports, one of the four admitted to possessing a black handgun.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Police in Oak Creek say they've arrested and cited four youth following an incident on Nov. 25 at the Tri City National Bank.

According to police reports, a 911 caller contacted authorities saying that four people were walking in the north parking lot of Tri City National Bank and that it appeared that one of them was twirling a black handgun.

Police responded to the scene, and reported that the group of four youth ran into the nearby woods to escape detection. Police reported all four were eventually located and arrested.

According to reports, one of the four admitted to possessing the black handgun, which turned out to be a pellet gun. Another of the group admitted that he had an unspecified amount of marijuana on him.

Police reports indicate that all four were cited for resisting arrest on account of running into the woods, and cited for loitering for being on the property of Tri City National Bank. One of the four was also cited for disorderly conduct.
